Internal and external refurbishment including the demolition of part of building and creation of new “inside out” atrium to maximise trade on Rugby weekends and create an all year round trade area. Work included the reconfiguration of 1st floor space to create new kitchen and toilet facilities, allowing for more effective space planning on ground floor.
