The Crown

This destination pub located in a small village had a complete refurbishment to help encourage more trade under its new tenants.  The makeover included reconfiguring a two-bar layout to open plan along with associated structural steelwork, constructing new bar servery in new position, relocating access to the basement cellar including new steelwork work and staircase to basement, improving the accommodation, toilets and installing a new soft play area. The project had challenges that included a substantial amount of structural and drainage works within a tight framework and the creation of a “magic” children’s garden was a first for CIC!
