The sensitive transformation of a Grade II Listed building into a stylish restaurant and bar.

On behalf of Oakman Inns & Restaurants, CIC converted a Grade II listed residential home into a stylish restaurant and bar. We built a new extension including glazed walkways and large glazed patio doors, mixing contemporary with the original rustic Grade II brickwork.

With all the building works came all new interiors, mixing parquet timber floors and wooden panelling that befitted the building, adding a modern twist with copper and marble finishes, and a wood burning pizza oven. Whilst it was a tough challenge to get it ready for the launch, we handed this fantastic concept and transformation over successfully and on time.
