Customer expectations dropping

Customer expectations appear to be dropping as the day continues according to recent data released by guest feedback service Feed It Back. The report revealed that the overall satisfaction score of customers is lowest in the evening (90.8%), followed by lunch (92.4%) and breakfast (93.0%). With evening diners being the hardest to please, establishments need to ensure that, during development, they factor in small details which can be added or altered throughout the course of the day to maintain customer satisfaction. From building in the ability to create a soft lighting effect in the evening, to being able to create sectioned off areas for private dining, subtle changes can make a fundamental impact on a guest’s personal experience. https://feeditback.com/dinner-time-diners-the-hardest-to-please/
