Pubs
The bread and butter business of CIC. Having worked in pubs for over 30 years, Gary Monks and Andy Teague's team firmly believe that they have the knowledge to ensure you will walk away from a CIC project completely satisfied.
The team carry out over 30 pub projects a year for the likes of Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns, Wells Young and many others. From a £20k smoking smoking solution plus toilet refit at the Crow Pie, Rubgy to the 10 week £350k full refit of the Running Footman in Mayfair. CIC's experienced tradesmen work with the common goal of total customer satisfaction.

The Watermead
A stunning 5 week conversion of this previous carvery has seen the turnover treble overnight.
Punch Taverns working with the Lessee Paul have transformed the site, turnover and profitability by the simple but effective use of space.
The Red Lion, Cranford
Modern design comes to a listed building. Planners are looking outside the box these days and the Creative group designed a metal and glass extension to add restaurant space to this public house. The style is rustic internally and offers contrast to the modern looking shell.
Rose and Crown, Harpenden
This site we believe was fantastic value for money. A final account value of £65k saw this extraordinary transformation. LAP Architects came up with the ideas and CIC made them work within the budget constraints.
Black Horse, Ireland
Although this was carried out over two years ago, CIC still gets compliments for this extension at the Black Horse. Working with a trading facility always presents problems but CIC professional team ensured the facility was open in time and bet the budget. County Taverns are now looking at a further extension and CIC are top of the tender list.
